Brian,
Are you referring to creating a custom form? If so, please note that I said
in my original post that I understand how to do that. What I'm saying,
primarily for the benefit of the Microsoft people who read these posts, is
that there should be a drop-down option in Outlook, Tools, Options that
allows me to change this. I shouldn't have to create a custom form for all
of my clients to use; it should be programmatic in Outlook with a default
installation.
If you're referring to something else, please post again.

you are saying this is too complicated for home users, then they should be
using Outlook Express for mail.
