In Outlook contacts, there is only one Moble phone selection under Phone
Numbers. Now days with all the cell phones out there, many people have 2-4
mobile phones. How do I add more mobile phone selectable fields when I click
on these? I have tried adding custom but those only display in the all fields
and if I add a value, it only displays in the phone ist view.

You can't add new phone fields or rename existing ones. Use a different
existing phone field for what you want.
