Does anyone know of a way of printing out contacts (not all details, just address and phone) in a very compact form to fit in my personal organiser? I'd like one contact per line, landscape orientation. Sure Mitsy, Change your contact view to phone list (view>current view, phone list) "Drag off" any column headings you do not need to see Now choose, file, page setup and select one of the styles.
