Not sure you understand. There is no such thing as a cc address.
Email addresses and DL's are all the same. Whether they go in the To:, CC:
or BCC: field is determined by where you put them when you compose your
messages.

Russ, sorry for not explaining myself very well. My hope is to send an email
to a distribution list but each time I would also like to cc someone (or
sometimes bcc). Can I set up the distribution list to do this automatically
or do I need to manually put the DL in the TO: field and corresponding email
address in the CC: field each time? I hope this is a little clearer.

Again, where addresses go can only be determined by you at the time you send
the message. The field into which they go is not a property of the address
or DL.

You can create a template e-mail with the distribution group in the TO field
and your CC and BCC recipients listed. I have several defined message
templates that are preaddressed and have a specific message I send out weekly
updating info. All I have to do is click on the template (I have them saved
in a folder on my network drive) change info, and send. Hope this helps.
