Do not include addresses with name in outlook

Global removal of email addresses when a name is available.  Must apply to
distribution lists also.  Cuts clutter in the mail and reduces stolen
addresses.  Outlook 2000 did not have this problem.  Outlook 2003 does.

Explain your post. It makes no sense. Outlook changed the appearance of the
Display As field in response to user requests. You want them to change it
back now?
