In Outlook 2003 how do I convert the display names as names instead of email
addresses? Thank You

In the Display as: field of the Contact Record.

Russ
I'm sorry I don't understand.
In my existing Outlook 2003 address book I want names in the Display Names
column instead of email addresses. How do I change that column? Thanks

That's not what you asked.
You can't change the Outlook Address Book. It is not configurable. All you
can change in it is the sort order.

As I look back, I see your question is still very muddy.
If you are actually asking how to make the Display Name column show names
instead of email addresses, then the first answer I posted is correct.
If you are asking something else, do so more clearly.
