Upgrading from Outlook 2002 to 2003

When upgrading are there any precautions I should take?

I just did some upgrades. It copied all the settings and rules transparently
for me.   I did not have any issues.

Actually, the answer is not so simple and depends on how you plan to upgrade
and whether you want to convert to the new Outlook file format. Just
installing the new version over the old will usually work well, but if you
use that method you will not convert to the new file format and you will
need to create a new profile after you upgrade.
