That happens by default.
If you have a question, post your Outlook version and the steps you used to
create your problem. You have posted no information.

Russ, I'm using Windows Version 5.1 and Outlook 2003. I purchased a new
computer in December and copied my previous Outlook Contacts from the old
computer to the new system. I was running Outlook 2003 on the old computer.
I did all this by backing up to my external hard drive and then copying from
it to the new system. Hopefully this will help.

Well we're getting closer. Post the steps you used to migrate your Outlook
data. I suspect you did not abide by Outlook 2003's very restrictive rules:
