Only contacts with e mail or fax sync OK

I am trying to sync my contacts with my iPod. I have noticed that only those
contacts with e mail address or fax show in the names window for a new e mail
& that this is the same list that is downloaded to my ipod. I want to
download all my contacts for information & as a backup. Using Outlook 2003.

This question is for the developers of your synchronization software. It is
not an Outlook issue.

My guess is that the sync software is polling the address book interface,
not syncing your contacts. The address book will contain only those
contacts with electronic addresses, like e-mail addresses or fax or pager
numbers.
