Is there an easy way to save a contact two ways, ie. as: Bakery (Sweet Shop)
AND Sweet Shop (Bakery)?  I would like to open the existing contact and then
file it under an alternate name rather than adding a completely new contact.

As robust as Outlook's sort and find functions are, you have no need to
"save a Contact two ways (whatever that means).
