Saving multiple email addresses in TO to Contacts

I have received an email addressed to 45 people. How can I
have them all placed on a Distribution List for my use? I
have tried "Reply to All" and it gives me the addresses in
the TO field but can't drop them en masse to the list - I
have to save them one at a time and then rebuild the list.
I have 7 more emails, all with extensive lists, and this
is too time-consuming.

Outlook provides no way to place a list of email addresses directly into a
DL.
