how to transfer data from Outlook Express to Outlook?

I would like to make the switch to take advantage of some the the Outlook
features, including fax & scan .

My mian objective is to transfer current email messages ( about 60 ) , and
my address book.

Not sure what "fax and scan" features you want to take advantage of, but you
will likely be disappointed. Fax integration with Outlook is all but dead
unless you are planning on paying for an Internet Fax Service.
Outlook's Import Wizard will readily import your data from OE. Just look on
the File Menu.
