Share Contacts but not Activities

How do I share, or export, a list of contacts (names, numbers, email address)
but not release the personal information held in the Activities Tab, Journal,
or previously sent emails.  Outlook 2002

Copy the Contacts into their own PST file and send that file.

Just export or share as usual. The activity information is not stored with the contacts.
