Hello,
I have Outlook 2003 sp2. When I open a saved contact the general tab is
displayed by default. At the bottom of this tab is a "contacts" button, what
is this option used for? I also need to understand how I use the check box
for "private" that is also available from this general tab. Any links humbly
appreiciated. TIA.
Joey

The contacts button allows you to associate this contact with others. The
Private checkbox comes into play if you're using an Exchange server and
sharing your contacts. It wouldn't show the ones marked Private to others
