Link email to contact

I know that emails sent to contacts in outlook are tracked in that contact's
activities, however if I have an email that relates to a contact but was not
sent to that contact...can I link the email to the contact in order to track
it in activities?

The Options... menu gives you that opportunity (R click a message or look in
the View Menu).
