How do I add a phone number field/label in Contacts?

Is there a way to add another field under "Phone Numbers"?  For example, the
drop-down menu lists such fields as "Business", "Business Fax", "Home",
"Mobile" and so on.  I need to add another field to that drop-down list
("Cell Phone", for example).  Is there a way to do that?

"Mobile" is the cell phone address.
