When I first time sync my palm with outlook my e-mail adresses all ended up
in the "Business phone 3" field instead of the "e-mail adress" field.

Is there a way to move all into the correct field. I have some 500 contacts.

Thanks

Export to Excel, grab all of the incorrect data, place in the correct data
column, import back to Outlook.

Thank you for your response.

I have tried your solution, everything exports out very well....except I am
unable to get "business Phone 3" to export. I have added it to my adress
cards throught custom view, but it will still not export out the the field
into excel.

Help...again!
