For Outlook 2003 I cannot import/export?

When attempting to import or export in Microsoft Outlook, I am getting the
following error:

"Microsoft Outlook cannont start the required translator. This feature is
not currently installed. Would you like to install it now?"

The original installation software is in storage. Are there any suggestions
on how to solve this problem?

You must install the Importers and Exporters from the Office CD unless you
had all your Office installation files copied to your hard drive.

Russ. Thanks for your reply. As I mentioned in my original note, I do not
have the Office CD (it is in storage) and therefore cannot install the
Importers and Exporters. Is there download available on the Microsoft
website?
