Hard drive crashed how do I upload contacts into outlook 2003

My hard driv recently crashed and I had the drive sent out and the data
recovered.  Where do I find  the contacts that were on the old drive?
How do I get the contacts back into outlook 2003 that was reloaded onto
the new drive.  The original contacts from the crashed drive were put
onto an external HD.

Any Help would be great I REALLY NEED THOSE CONTACTS

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
