Importing a simple Contacts list that wasn't exported properly

My laptop died bringing my Outlook Contacts list with it. I never exported my
Contacts as a .pst file. I would like to retrieve my Contacts list, is there
any way I can find this list in a useable form in the Microsoft Office folder
or somewhere else? Thanks for all you help.

There is never a need to export to create a PST file. In fact, you
shouldn't.
Your PST file should still be intact.
