Hello,

When I create a distribution list in outlook, I can save it as a text file,
which
contain <name emailAddress> pair one line each.

To create a distribution list from GUI by inputting one name/email address
is tedious when I have a big list, I could use a text editor to create all
the
<name emaillAddress> of the outlook-saveas-text format. then I need a way
to create a outlook distribution list out of it.

Can someone tell me how to do it?

Thanks.

You can't bring text data directly into a DL. You can only import it into a
Contacts Folder.
