I'm wondering how to change the email address field for all contacts in
Outlook 2003? I have found out how to change the view and move a contact
with one field into another to make a mass update of say the "display as"
field. but it will not let you move the a contact with a blank email field
into a group with a say "blank@email.com" to fill the field. Is there
another tool or angle to go about making this change? i have 4800 contacts
that have nothing in the email field, and sharepoint wont let you import
anything unless it has a email field.
thanks in advance.

hey - you're cross posting - just ask and wait a while - sticking your
question in multiple newsgroups may just waste the time of the nice
volunteers that can help you.

 I've given you a solution.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
