Transfer data from one field to another for all contacts

Hi,

I need to transfer the data in the field : Business Phone to the field :
Primary Phone
for ALL conatcts.

Can this be done without an addin?
If not, does anybody know of the existance of an addin for this?

I don't know of any add-in to do this. The code would look something like the example at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/convertfields.htm
