I think it would be really useful to be able to create a fax coversheet from
Contacts, similar to how you can create "New Letter to Contact". I know that
I'm not the first person to think of this, so is there already a quick & easy
way to do this?

There is no menu item for a fax cover sheet in Outlook. Normally one would
create and then save a merge document for that purpose. For further
