My Contact "categories" (custom) are no longer shown in Master.

My contact categories (all customized) were lost when my Outlook was moved
from one server to another. I can still see these categories in my Contacts -
but they are no longer in the Master list of categories available....is there
a way to recover this list without having to manually re-enter each category
I previously made on the old server.
