My Outlook 2000 Address Book Export/Import selections on the address book
File menu are grayed out.  I'm using Windows XP Pro and migrating from
Outlook Express.  How do I make these selections available?

You don't import or export from the Address Book.  In Outlook, click
File>Import and Export.

By the way, export your mail from Outlook Express.  If you try to import it
from Outlook, the dates will change.

Thanks Brian,

I imported my messages and address book, but the contact groups did not
populate.  Just imported the group names in the contacts but not the contents.

Groups in Outlook Express, which translate to Distribution Lists in Outlook,
often don't import.
