How do I import mail/addresses from Moz Thunderbird?

I tried out Mozilla Thunderbird and found that it doesn't quite meed my needs
and am going back to Outlook. I've not been able to import my folders and
addr book into Outlook. Nay tips?

Not an Outlook question. I would examine Thunderbird to determine the file
formats to which you can export. Choose one that Outlook can import.
