how to add received email to contact distribution list

I have set up a email advertising - distribution list and want to be able to
add new received emails into this list without having to type the details.

I know it can be done on outlook express but cannot work out how to do it in
outlook

please help

How does one add mail to a DL? Adding addresses, however, would seem
possible.
