My contacts file is gone, and I can't access my personal file folder. I have
reinstalled Office 2000 Professional, but still nothing. I tried to use the
Inbox Repair Tool, but that won't work. I can't recover my archive pst's, I
keep getting an error message that will not let me open the file. Hope this
is enough info.
Thanks

List the steps that produced the problem. We have no troubleshooting
information.
Your data would never reside in an archive file.
What happened when you tried to use the IRT?

What is the EXACT text of the message?  When do you see it?
