I have two Outlook Contacts folders. How do I merge the data and then delete one of them? Drag/Drop or Copy/Paste from one to the other. Then close the one you no longer want to use. None that I know of, but I haven't the time to examine for Outlook utilities. You can do that on your own. Let us know what you find.
