import excel spreadsheet names emails addresses to  distribution l

How can I get the names and email addresses to a new distributor list in
contact?  I can get the info into contacts, but when I try to import to a new
distribution list in my contact folder from excel, nothing shows up in new
distributor list. I am using Windows Office 2003.

If you can write out the addresses as a comma- or semicolon-separated list,
then when creating the DL, after clicking Select Members, you can use
copy-and-paste to load all those addresses in that field.
