Why do I have a gray circle by the names of people that i get e-mails from.
When I move my mouse over to that circle by the name of the party that sent
me the e-mail it  says.  _______ is not an online contact.
How do i get rid of that circle.  I was told that I need the gray body there
nad not the circle.
