How can I transfer contacts from outlook on one computer to another? Create a fresh PST file using the File menu > New > Outlook Data file command. Drag/Drop the data you want into the new set of Personal Folders. Right click on the root of the new set and choose Close. Exit Outlook. Get the file to the other machine Open it using the File menu > Open > Outlook Data File command Drag/Drop the data you want from there into your normal set of folders. > How can I transfer contacts from outlook on one computer to another? > How can I transfer contacts from outlook on one computer to another?
