I have a small network (2003) 4 stations.  When I send an email and go to
look for it in Outlook Address book it is there on all machines.  On 3 of the
4 when I go through QBooks and sned an email or fax the address book is
there.  However when I go through the 4th machine which the fax/copy/scanner
machine the address book disappears yet if I go to Outlook address book it is
there

Read your post. It makes no sense.
What do you mean by looking for an email in the Outlook Address Book?
Post as if we aren't there and can't read your mind ;)
