in Outlook 03, once you have emailed someone once, the next time you go to email them again their name pops up in a list you can choose from. If we wanted to move this mystery file to another workstation, what would it be called and where woudl it be located? Thanks! It's a file with an NK2 extension in the C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook directory. It's named for the MAPI profile it's used by > in Outlook 03, once you have emailed someone once, the next time you go to > email them again their name pops up in a list you can choose from.
