Exporting Contacts from Public Folders

Hi. I'm having problems exporting contacts from public folders...
I know how to do the export... but I can't see the Public Folders folders in
the export list... so I assume this is something to do with giving me the
rights/permission to see them.
Is anyone able to tell me where/how to do this?

Outlook has no feature for exporting contacts from public folders directly. Available methods include:

1) Copying the data to a mailbox or .pst file folder and exporting the copied data.

2) Using the Tools | Mail Merge command to create a comma-delimited list in Word.

3) Using a third-party tool; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm#tools
