My contacts folder does not appear in my personal folders. Also when people
email me their contact card, it is blank when I open it but not when the
sender looks at it from his end. I am using Outlook 2003 with microsoft
exchange. Help!!!

If you are viewing the Navigation Pane with the "Mail" view, then only
folders containing mail will appear.  Click the Contacts or Folder List view
button at the bottom of the Navigation Pane to show folders containing
Contacts.

Hi Brian, this hasn't really helped me but thanks anyway. When someone emails
me a business card, I open the attachment but it is completely blank. I have
had problems in the past which indicated that the contacts folder may have
been deleted.

In what format is the card?  You can save a .vcf file to disk and open it in
Notepad to see if actually contains any information.  That will at least
tell you if Outlook has a problem.
