I have a few users with this issue.

Outlook XP, FULLY patched.

Basically - they have a contact with ONE email address, but they are
showing up in the OAB multiple times..  It's not a huge deal but is
getting annoying.

Here's a screen shot...  FYI - they dont appear to be fax #'s
