Why do some of my contact's e-mail field show their name and not the actual e-mail address. Most show the e-mail, but some don't and I can't figure out why. So when I print a list of e-mails, I don't get the e-mail for that contact, just his name. Each version of Outlook has used a different format for the Display Name. Just make sure your printout contains the actual email field, not the "Display As" field.
