I am using Outlook 2000 SR-1 Corporate version 9.0

When I click on a contact folder in order to find
information or edit information I get this message.

Outlook has caused an error in OUTLLIB.DLL Outlook will
now close.

...I have searched the troubleshooting pages and found
no solution, has anyone had experience with this problem.

thank you for your assistance!
