I have 3 different profiles (identities) that I use in Outlook to send and
recieve email. All my contacts are in profile #1 (identity #1) How can I
import these contacts into profile #2 & #3, or export it from #1 to #2 & #3?
I don't use Outlook Express.

Why don't you just use the same Outlook Data File in each profile?
You can also easily open the Outlook Data File from one profile in another
and copy your Contacts from it.
You should not export or import Contacts.
