I have a small network witn Small Bussiness Server 2003 and I use Exhcange
Server. Clients use Outlook 2003. One client share his contacts folder and
the other users can change add or delete the data to this folder.
How can i setup, when a user wants to add a new contact , to add this
contact by default to the shared contact folder, and not to his mailbox
contact folder?

If you open the shared folder and then add the Contact, it should go in the
currently open folder.  If you don't open the folder first, it will go in
the default folder.
