How do I download address book on an IMAP server?

I've setup an IMAP account using MS Outlook. When I want to send an email to
an account on this server, I'm not able to see any contacts. How can I
download the address book from my IMAP server or Can I verify contacts email
addresses when I use IMAP server account?

As your mail server administrator if an LDAP address book is available and how to connect to it by adding an LDAP account to your Outlook mail settings.

I meant "ask" not "as." Sorry.
