how do I identify the file holding my contacts on my back up disk

I just got a new laptop with the current outlook and I want to lift my
contacts from my old computer's back up disk but can't figure out where it
is...what would the name of the file be?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
