when creating mail lists outlook is automaticall adding the prefix (1) to local area code numbers outside my area code as if they were long distance but they are not even though the prefix(1) is not included in the contact number that i created How can i prevent this Uncheck that option in Outlook's dialing preferences. Go to your Contacts Folder > Actions > Call Contact > New Call... See it?
