I want to export from outlook to a csv file to be able to import in outlook express to be able to sync with msn. In outlook: export, export to a file and then..which one to select, dos windows or excel? OE's Wizard can then readily import that file: File > Import > Other Address Book > Text File (CSV). I've never seen anyone have any trouble with it.
