How do I remove a deleted contacts folder from the "Show Names" drop down list in Outlook when selecting an email recipient? In OL2003 go to the Tools menu > Email accounts > View/Change address books > Click Next > Highlight Outlook Address Book > Click Change. Remove the folders from the list shown there > How do I remove a deleted contacts folder from the "Show Names" drop down > list in Outlook when selecting an email recipient?
