How do I import as (.cvs) file into my Hotmail account. I can't find a .cvs
file in Outllook 2003!

You can export your Contacts as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file using
the File menu > Import & Export command

It's right there in the Export menu:
File > Import and Export... > Export to a File....
