I know you've answered this question a million times!  But I tried the
following:

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

Yet my Address Book is still sorted by first name.  I even closed Outlook
twice.  The setting is still set to "File As (last name, first name)" but the
actual list will not change sort order.  Please help!
