Why are my group distribution email lists are being deleted?

I have created several group distribution lists in outlook but for some
reason they keep getting deleted. Any reason why this would be happening? I
am the only user on the PC and do not delete these lists, however when I look
for them they are gone.

Where are you looking to see them? How are you creating them? What version
of Outlook are you using?
